Everything. Location, good value for the money.

Cold swimming pool

Nice hotel in good location. A few things in the room beginning to show signs of wear and tear.

Clean, spacious, nice facilities on site, also allowed me a late checkout which was a life saver.

It was pretty much perfect for my purposes, I can’t think of anything that was not great. Maybe the lifts were a bit slow

Breakfast

Room design, cleaning, parking ( very expensive, poor service). Extremely noisy construction in front of the hotel!!! Unpolite and annoying high deposit amount charged at arrival!

Great clean hotel, not far from the city center. We even enjoyed the pool and gym. There is quite a big grocery store right across the street.

Breakfast was great.

It took too long to have our room cleaned- often after 3pm. No top sheet - although common in Eurpope, not when it's hot in the room.

It îs situated close to center of town and 6 min walk from Paul Bocouse Market. Camere spațioase

The waranty that they take i think îs not OK for turist. Not great facilties. They tax also the slipers 5eur

The breakfast and the hotel restaurant was amazing. Also the rooms are clean and bed comfortable.

The gym is very small and not like in the photographs. Thankfully there's a very good gym 2 minutes walk to the hotel.

The room is spacious and quiet. Everything is super clean and well maintained. The location is very nice with a supermarket nearby and walking distance to all attractions.

The deposit. I have to pay 160 euro as deposit. I have not got the refund now which is already 4 days after checking out.

It was clean and the room was spacious

The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable, large windows with space in front of, no noise, efficient and adjustable air condition, no smells. The bar has good vibes and open until long hours. Staff was tidy and nice.

The bed linen was not large enough to cover the whole bed so it left a 20cm open at the leg from the matrace covered with plastic. The bathroom is the typical cheap plastic bathroom and a bit worn off to be kept completely clean in the corners etc. no slippers/extra towel provided for the swimming pool. Tv doesnt accept mirroring from phone. Swimming pool is tiny compared to the feeling given on the photo, was disappointing, but it exists. Mistake made repeatedly with the invoice, had to call back to correct.

Location, staff, facilities

No iron in the room; very soft pillows (you’ll be fine if that’s your preference);

Quite spacious hotel room compare the one we had in Paris, location very good, close to Train station also Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse.

Staff made mistake with check in room, she gave us a room that may still in use or not yet ready to be checked in. Would think staff need to be more caution with the room card for security purpose.

Nothing really. It was a bed to sleep o. And a shower.

Breakfast on 15 Aug Public Holiday was a disaster. I arranged for my family to have breakfast at the hotel as it was my grandaughter's 16th birthday for around 9.15am .On entering the Dining Room I saw that the tables had not been cleared of dirty dishes . All tables were occupied except for singles and my grandaughter commented the food was depleted No yoguart etc. There were 2 dining room staff on duty and they could not cope. It was not their fault as One member had to greet each new guest to give the room nos. We attended the reception and returned with staff member to the dining room . Our family offered to clean the table and to give a cloth to wipe the table but this was refused. There was no solution as there were only 2 staff on duty . We reattended to the reception and I asked for the duty manager,who attended and heard our complaint. We decided to leave the hotel as there was no resolution. I had to tell the manager it was a Managergerial problem and NOT the dining room staff. I asked for a credit for the breakfast but the manager advised I should contact Booking .Com THIS WAS NOT THE SOLUTION AS I PAID THE HOTEL ON ARRIVAL AND NOT BOOKING.COM. BOOKING .COM WILL ALWAYS ASK THE CLEANT TO LIASE WITH THE HOTEL. I MADE A COMMENT IT WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED IN A 4 STAR HOTEL. (The hotel also took EUR 300 on my AU Credit Card in the event of damage- I was told the credit could not be credited as I had paid in full ) . I give Credit to the Catering Manager as the following morning and the remainder of our stay -Extra Staff were on hand, who removed the dishes and cleaned tables as soon as they were vacated. There was a staff member who replinished the food . The remaing days the breakfast was as it should be. On the Friday after obtaining the Manager's name I asked for a refund which was immediately credited to my Credit Card. We departed on Monday 19 th and the 300 Euro was released on that day.

I did not like having to give my credit card for a Euro 50 per day in case of damage resuling from our stay . I paid the full amount with my EC card on arrival .

The staff were excellent. Always helpful. Beds were very comfortable

The bath drained poorly.

The location, it is 15 minutes walk from the train station There are water dispensers on every floor, very good when traveling in summer Staff were very friendly

Luxury feel, spacious room & bathroom ,Tea/coffee making in room. Comfortable bed. Not so far to walk from train station and the sights. Very good buffet breakfast with lots of choice .

You have to walk through reception after swimming … would be better if the lift went down to the swimming pool area.

Breakfast was nice overall with a good selection. Staff was friendly and forthcoming.

Bathrooms in the Family room we had was rather small. Pool is really small and in the basement
